Copy an Existing Task Code

Create an exact replica of an existing Task Code to the database.

Steps

1. Log On To PlanNet.

2. Select SETUP Preferences Activity Codes Activity Task Code.
   
   
   The Lookup Task Code opens.
   

3. Enable the checkbox for the Task Code that needs to be copied.  
   

4. Click .
   The displays.
   

5. Click .
   A new Task Code line appears with the exact information from the previously selected Task Code line.
   

6. Make all the necessary changes.

7. Click to save the new Task Code to PlanNet.
   Tip: In this example, a new Task Code with the details changed.
