Import Manifest Properties

Import the manifest details into StockNet. Use this feature will air, sea and road manifest.

Steps

  1. Login to StockNet.

  2. Click the Execution tab.

  3. In the Warehouse field, select the warehouse where the equipment shipment originated from the drop-down list.

  4. In the Create New field, select the air manifest from the drop-down list.

  5. In the Destination field, select the destination warehouse for the manifest from the drop-down list.

  6. Click Go!

  7. In the Transaction Detail - General tab, type all the relevant information.
    Note:      All RED fields are required.

  8. Click confirm_button.png.

  9. In the Transaction Detail - Cargo tab, click Import Items.
    The Import dialog box opens.

  10. In a previously downloaded and edited manifest template, copy all of the data in the file including the headers..

  11. In the Import dialog, right-click and select Paste in the Paste your data here section to add the copied data.

  12. Click ok_button.png.
    The manifest data is to the Transaction Detail - Cargo tab.

  13. Edit as necessary.

  14. Click confirm_button.png and complete the manifest creation.
